The registration fee for delegates includes:
- admission to the Conference
- programme and abstract book
- daily tea/coffee and lunches
- the Welcome reception, Reception at Stockholm City Hall and Gala Dinner at the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden
The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- the Welcome reception, Reception at Stockholm City Hall and Gala Dinner at the Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden
Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, or entitle them to any Conference programme book and abstract book.
The Welcome Reception, Dinner at the Nordic Museum and Gala Dinner at the Grand Hôtel Saltsjöbaden is only guaranteed if selected upon your online registration to attend the different evenings.

The rates above are in SEK and including 25% VAT.
If payment is not received before the deadline dates, the late fees will automatically be charged.
Swedish tax legislation requires participants to pay their registration fee including Swedish VAT.
Confirmation
In order to receive confirmation of registration on e-mail, please make sure to indicate the e-mail address on the registration form! Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. More information regarding payment details is available under Payment.
Alterations and Name change
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to Congrex by e-mail, post or fax.
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 500 will be charged.
Collection of Conference documents
All documents, and name badge can be obtained from the On-site Conference Secretariat, open for the duration of the Conference.
